MDF panels are made of fine wood fibers pressed at high temperature. Their surface is exceptionally smooth, a result of the fine consistency achieved during the pressing process. The material is strong and doesn't crumble, which makes it well suited to small decorative details. It also offers moisture resistance and resistance to fungi and microorganisms, making it a hygienic, safe material. It's used mainly in advertising and interior work, for products such as signage, interior decorations, figures, decorative panels and souvenirs.

How thick can you cut MDF?

Why this machine and not the 4-axis one?
The MECANUMERIC is a three-axis machine, and it is the one for MDF, particle board and long runs where large parts have to repeat.
