At NEON.BG, ideas rarely stay ideas for long.

We started out as a signage and advertising company back in 2002, but over the years our curiosity about "how could this be done better" took us much further. Today we run a serious production base covering laser cutting, CNC machining, bending, vacuum forming, robotic and laser welding, assembly, and full product development.

We like machines. Probably a bit more than is strictly normal.

But we like even more the moment when a drawing, a STEP file, a sketch on paper, or sometimes just the sentence "we have an idea…" turns into a real, working product.

So we don't think of ourselves as just a laser cutting, milling, or bending company. Those are the tools. Our real job is finding a way to get things made — sensibly, reliably, and repeatably.

Sometimes a client comes to us with a finished drawing.
Sometimes with a prototype.
And sometimes just with a problem.
All three are interesting to us.

Under One Roof

One thing we've deliberately built up over the years is the ability to keep most of the production process in-house.

We can:

• cut the part;
• mill it;
• bend it;
• weld it;
• form it;
• build a fixture for it;
• assemble the product;
• inspect it;
• and finally ship not a pile of parts, but a finished product.

That saves the client the hassle of coordinating between several different suppliers, and it lets us see the whole process — which often means we find a better way to make things.

We Like the Hard Jobs, Too

We're especially drawn to projects that don't come with a ready-made answer.

Short runs. Prototypes. Unusual materials. Complex shapes. Parts that need to pass through several different technologies.

That's exactly where an engineering mindset earns its keep.

We also keep materials in stock, which often means we can produce a single part or a small batch without forcing the client to buy a whole sheet of material for one test piece.

And today's prototype is very often tomorrow's production order.

We Don't Just Manufacture Other People's Ideas

In recent years we've started developing our own products more and more seriously.

For us, that's an important reality check.

It's easy to tell a client how their part should be made. It's a different thing entirely when you have to come up with the product yourself, build the first prototype, find the flaws, improve it, source the right materials, and then have someone actually want to buy it.

That process makes us a better manufacturing partner, too.

Machines Matter. People Matter More.

We run a lot of technologies, and we keep investing in new machines, automation, and better processes.

But a machine on its own doesn't solve a problem.

Quality here isn't a certificate on the wall — it's a daily practice, built on an organized process, clear checks, and attention to every detail.

Behind every order are people who have to understand the task, choose the right approach, catch a problem in time, and sometimes say: "We could do it that way, but there's a better one."

That's exactly the attitude we want to hold on to, no matter how much the company grows.
