This notice explains how NEON.BG OOD processes the personal data you provide through the contact form on the NEON.BG website, as well as limited technical data collected when using it.

You can use this email address to ask questions about how we process your personal data, and to submit requests to exercise your rights under applicable data protection law.

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we may receive:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you provide it;
  • your company name, if you provide it;
  • the services you select;
  • the content of your message;
  • files you voluntarily attach to your inquiry, such as technical drawings, CAD files, models, or PDF documents.

Name, email address, and message are required to submit the form. All other fields and file attachments are optional.

When the form is submitted, the system also records technical information, including your IP address and the date and time of submission.

Please do not include personal data in your message or attached files that is not necessary for your specific inquiry.

3. How We Use the Data

The data provided is used to:

  • receive and process your inquiry;
  • send confirmation that we have received it;
  • contact you and respond to your questions;
  • clarify technical and commercial requirements;
  • review drawings, models, and other materials you provide;
  • prepare a quote;
  • take steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract.

When your inquiry relates to our products, services, a quote, or a potential order, we process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Submitting the contact form does not constitute consent to receive advertising or marketing communications.

4. Where the Data Goes and Who Has Access

Inquiries submitted through the contact form are received at the company email address: info@neon.bg

Submitted inquiries are also stored in the website's system so they can be processed and tracked.

Access to inquiries and attached files is limited to authorized individuals for whom such access is necessary to process the inquiry, or to administer or provide technical support for the system.

Files uploaded through the form are stored in a private, secure directory and are not publicly accessible via a direct internet address.

To operate the website and handle electronic communication, we use technical service providers, including:

  • our hosting provider, SuperHosting;
  • our email service provider;
  • technical support providers or specialists, where such access is necessary.

These providers may have technical access to certain data only to the extent necessary to provide their respective service.

NEON.BG OOD does not sell personal data obtained through the contact form.

5. Retention Period

Inquiries that do not lead to an order or contractual relationship are retained for up to 90 days from the last contact, after which they are deleted, unless there is another legal basis for longer retention.

Where an inquiry leads to a quote, contract, or order, the related information may be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the customer relationship and to comply with applicable accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.

Backup copies of the system may be retained for a limited additional period in accordance with our technical backup and recovery policy.

6. Your Rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and subject to the conditions set out therein, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing, where this right applies;
  • data portability, where the legal conditions are met.

7. Automated Decision-Making

Data collected through the contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Submitted inquiries are reviewed by a person, and submitting the form does not by itself result in automatic approval, rejection, pricing, or any other decision concerning you.

8. Google Maps and External Services

The Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map.

When the map loads or is used, Google may receive technical information about your device and internet connection, and may process this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

As of the date of this notice, the website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel to track visitors.

If analytics, advertising, or similar technologies are added in the future, this notice and our cookie management mechanisms will be updated accordingly.

9. Changes to This Notice

NEON.BG OOD may update this notice if the way the website processes personal data, the technical services used, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page, with the date of the last revision indicated.
