5-Axis CNC Machining
At NEON.BG we offer precision 5-axis CNC machining of complex parts, molds and vacuum-formed products. The machine has a work envelope of 2500 × 1250 × 800 mm, which lets us machine large, bulky parts, deep forms and complex spatial geometries.
Thanks to movement across five axes, the tool reaches the part from a range of angles. This makes it possible to machine angled, side-facing and hard-to-reach surfaces with fewer repositionings and better accuracy between operations.
We work closely with vacuum thermoforming — we produce the mold, then finish the formed part with precise contours and cutouts.

Molds and models
We produce MDF molds for prototypes, testing and short runs, as well as aluminum molds for higher repeatability, longer service life and serial production.
When needed, we can machine the forming surface, process holes, mounting areas and cooling channels.
Finishing vacuum-formed parts
After thermoforming, a part often needs to be trimmed to its final contour. With our 5-axis machine, we can precisely machine:
- outer contours;
- cutouts and openings;
- ventilation and mounting areas;
- process slots;
- angled and sloped sections.
The part is fixed onto a dedicated positioning jig, with vacuum hold-down where needed. This ensures stability, accurate positioning and repeatability across production runs.
The result is a finished part, ready for assembly or direct use.

For the most accurate quote, we recommend a 3D solid model in one of the following formats:

- SAT / ACIS.
We also accept:
- STL;
- DXF;
- DWG;
- PDF drawings;
- technical sketches with dimensions.
The file should ideally be at real scale, with clear units, and free of damaged surfaces or unnecessary construction geometry. It's helpful to specify the material, quantity, critical dimensions, tolerances and surface requirements.
