Bending aluminum sheets

NEON.BG has a top-tier press brake for bending perforated sheet metal. To see all the materials we work with, click HERE.

Perforated sheet metal is essentially a metal mesh. Producing it takes considerable care — the process punches and stretches solid sheet metal, repeating the action many times until the finished product is achieved. The end product can be supplied as a flat sheet or as a coil. There's little difference between the two: sheet form can go up to 7 mm thick, while coil form is limited to 5 mm.
