Precision Bending Without Hydraulics
The CoastOne Cone C15 is a fully electric servo press brake, built in 2026 by CoastOne Oy in Seinäjoki, Finland. Its working bending length is 1500 mm with a maximum of 1600 mm, its force is 440 kN (44 t), and it handles material up to 6 mm thick.
The machine has no hydraulics at all. That means lower consumption, more precise positioning and no hydraulic oil — a hydraulic press brake in this class draws several times the total power.
Control is Cone TC15 2D and there are four axes — Y, X, R and Z, without Delta X. Power is 2 × 5 kW, weight is 3000 kg, and the stopping time is under 200 ms.
