Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic polymer with excellent impact resistance and durability across a wide range of weather conditions. During manufacturing it's given a UV-protective layer that guards against temperatures from -40°C to +120°C. Polycarbonate also offers sound insulation at certain thicknesses. It's widely used in advertising and construction, most often supplied and used in sheet form.
