Laser cutting
The fiber laser produces complex contours, openings and repeating elements with a clean, precise kerf. Cutting parameters and assist gas are selected for the base metal and the particular finish. On parts that arrive with protective film we agree in advance which side is the face and how it has to be oriented.
Bending
Bending turns a flat sheet into a finished three-dimensional part — a cassette, a profile, a frame, cladding or an enclosure. The radius, the bend direction and the flat pattern are planned up front, because the decorative face has to end up on the right side and the visible edges have to land where the design says. From idea to finished part
Where a project calls for it, we can combine engineering preparation, laser cutting, bending and subsequent assembly. That reduces hand-offs between different suppliers and makes both the geometry and the appearance easier to control.
