Laser cutting – from idea to finished part

At NEON.BG, laser cutting is just the first step in a fully integrated production process.
We operate three high-tech laser machines – for cutting both metals and non-metals – along with our own finishing equipment for deburring, chamfering, threading, bending and welding.
The result: a part ready for assembly or final painting, with no extra manual work needed on your end.

After laser cutting, parts can move straight into grinding and deburring, precision press-brake bending to their final shape, or robotic welding into a complete assembly — all within a single production chain, with no need to look for another supplier.

Applications

Parts for machine building and industrial equipment
Architectural and decorative elements
Advertising and exhibition structures
Enclosures, panels and technical components
Metal furniture, facades and frames

How to order

  1. Send us a DXF, DWG, CDR or STEP file
  2. Get a quote and a manufacturability (DFM) check within 24 hours
  3. Confirm, and we'll produce your parts quickly, cleanly and efficiently

Materials in stock

We keep all major materials in stock at NEON.BG, which lets us produce single parts and short runs without customers having to buy a full sheet.

We work with a wide range of metals and surface finishes:

  • Mild steel in various thicknesses – always in stock
  • Stainless steel
  • Non-ferrous metals – copper and brass
  • Aluminum – various alloys and thicknesses
  • Chequer plate and perforated sheet – processed with dedicated software that optimizes beam movement for a clean result
  • Pre-coated sheet metal – we can cut it so the coating stays intact
  • Decorative and design materials for interiors and facades

During cutting we use different gases depending on the material, which ensures an exceptionally clean cut and preserves the surface finish even on delicate coatings.

What sets our laser cutting apart

A complete production cycle – from file to finished product
Laser marking for precise bending and assembly, with the option to label parts
Deburring, chamfering, threading and bending – all under one roof
High accuracy and a clean cut with no rework needed
Materials in stock and short lead times
Ability to cut non-ferrous metals and design coatings
Combined with milling, welding and assembly
Free DFM check – technical analysis within 24 hours

Finishing and a complete process chain

After laser cutting, every part can go through deburring (grinding and edge removal), as well as CNC milling, where chamfers, holes or threads are added automatically.

We also offer a unique integration between laser cutting and bending – before we start, NEON.BG's engineers calculate the so-called "bending deduction" (bend compensation).
So already at the laser cutting stage, we know exactly how the part will behave after bending, and we guarantee it will fit perfectly during assembly.

Welding and assembly

Once parts are cut and prepared, we can carry out:

  • Manual and robotic welding (including TIG, MIG and spot welding)
  • Laser welding – for exceptionally clean, thin and aesthetic seams on small parts and fine assemblies
  • Installing fasteners – bushings, rivet nuts, studs and more
  • Combining with milled and bent parts

So a single file can go through every stage –
cutting → chamfering → bending → welding → assembly –
and come out as a fully finished product.

Lasers for metals

1. High-power fiber laser – 3000 × 1500 mm (2 automatic pallets)

Materials and thicknesses:

  • Steel – up to 20 mm
  • Stainless steel – up to 18 mm
  • Aluminum – up to 10 mm

A dual pallet system for continuous operation – while one sheet is being cut, the second is unloaded and reloaded.
Supports labeling, marking and serial production.
High speed, high accuracy and excellent cut quality.

2. Precision fiber laser – 2500 × 1250 mm

Materials and thicknesses:

  • Steel – up to 8 mm
  • Aluminum – up to 6 mm
  • Stainless steel – up to 4 mm

Motion: linear drive system (high precision and smoothness)
Enables cutting, engraving and marking of metal parts.

Laser marking during cutting:
Thanks to precise beam control, we can mark part positions and orientation directly during cutting.
This ensures high accuracy in subsequent operations – bending, assembly or welding – since the marks serve as visual and technical reference points for positioning.
Extremely economical and fast, with a focused fiber beam.

Lasers for non-metals

Our CO₂ laser is designed for cutting and engraving non-metal materials such as acrylic (PMMA), plywood, PVC, HDF, ABS and others.

Work area: 1300 × 900 mm
Maximum thickness: up to 10 mm acrylic
Ideal for advertising items, panels and decorative elements
Edges come out smooth, polished and free of melt marks
Enables precise engraving and lettering

NEON.BG – laser cutting with the next step in mind.
