Robotic Welding

Robotic welding

At NEON.BG, we build on precision and efficiency. Our robotic welding cell is built around a latest-generation 7-axis OTC robot, paired with two rotary positioners, each with 360° rotation, a 2200×1250 mm work area, and a load capacity of 500 kg each.

This setup gives full access to the part, letting the robot complete an entire weld seam without interruption and without manual repositioning.

Parts to be welded usually arrive ready from our own laser cutting and press-brake bending — cut to exact size and ready for welding with no extra prep needed.

What this means for you
Precision without compromise – the robot maintains a constant angle and steady welding speed.
Continuous workflow – while one positioner is being welded, the other can be prepared.
Smart positioning – the sensor system tracks distance and adjusts the trajectory in real time.
Self-cleaning torch – longer equipment life and a consistent seam free of spatter.

Our approach
To us, robotic welding isn't just technology – it's an extension of our philosophy: every part has to be perfect, because our name stands behind it.

We build not just structures, but solutions. Every project starts with engineering thought and ends with a finished, functional product. Our team of experienced engineers and operators prepares the part, fixtures it precisely, optimizes the weld path, and makes sure everything is done as if it were for ourselves.

An integrated chain – from idea to finished product
NEON.BG offers a complete service: laser cutting, bending, welding (robotic or manual), milling, assembly and delivery. This lets us control quality at every stage and guarantee accurate results, short lead times and batch traceability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What welding types do you offer?
Robotic (MIG/MAG, spot) and manual welding, as well as laser welding for fine, aesthetic seams.

What's the maximum load capacity for a part?
Up to 500 kg per positioner — the OTC robot works with two rotary positioners, each 2200×1250 mm with 360° rotation.

Can you combine welding with other processes?
Yes — parts usually arrive ready from our own laser cutting and bending, and after welding we can continue with assembly.

Have a project with several steps? See how we handle it with our "Turnkey Project" service — a complete solution from idea to finished product.

What this looks like in practice: a robot welding a frame. A full run from prototype to series is described in From Prototype to Series Production.
